I went Cobb stage1 and then installed ETS 5" to go Stage1+ and the biggest difference to me was throttle response. Sure you get more power, especially top end and you will last longer on track style driving or multiple high speed pulls with IC.
If it is worth it? For me Yes! If you go tuned at all you should probably switch IC on this car. Installation of ETS IC I made myself and it was quite easy to do with regular tools.
