So let me get this straight. The officer gave you a warning about your illegal tint instead of giving you a ticket. This gives you an opportunity to fix it before getting an actual ticket. You proceed not to do anything about the tint, but instead blame the officer for profiling you when he tickets you in the future for said tint.
