Sparky nothing via diagnostic showing everything was 100% clear.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to before I set off to work try the throttle re set which I haven't tried before on a E9X series car though I;'ve done a good few on E39's and E46's I understand it's key in slot throttle to the floor for around half a minute or so then key out and wait for a minute or so before trying to see if this helps.
