The only benefit your are going to get is the cold air and that can be done w/ out a full ram air setup.
edit: before someone blows up on my comment, its only pointful on HIGH HP cars, the stock n54 twins have no need for that much air, they cant move it.

The more pressure you have coming in, the slower your turbos will spin to generate the same output pressure.
So it's at least good for that.
