you should have taken it.....driver error. Cayman S 1/4 is like 13.6 105mph with V1 you should be high 12's 107-8mph. If it was from a rolling start and he has the advantage from a higher reving motor and less weight, but you still produce more power and should still edge out a win. Unless he had a ton of mods on there.
