Check out Target and other appliance store for thermoelectric coolers. I picked up an Edgestar unit for $100 online and threw some 65% RH beads in there and it's worked perfect for me. The cheaper alternative to this is what Radix suggested on using a cooler. This is very similar as you'd most likely use beads to control the humidity, but I like the cooling feature of the coolers for the summer heat. I prefer to keep it around 60 degrees, you don't want any eggs hatching.
