ok...so the front and the rear RIM will stick out 9mm past the fender. Depending on how low your car is will depend on if you able to run those tire size. If you are 4x4 like hybrid said you will have a nice, what they call, "mexi poke" You could run a 235 tire in the front and a 255 tire in the rear and you'll be good with a rolled fenders and probably an addition 1/2 degree of camber to your existing camber measurements. (just to be safe)
