Came across a 2008 335i AW/CR Interior 6MT. It's listed at a local BMW dealer and currently has 45k miles. They don't have it listed as a CPO. Car is equipped with Premium and Sport Package and also has Nav. Asking price is $28,890.

I probably wouldn't consider it if they do not add CPO with purchase. What do you think is a good price I can negotiate with them with the CPO?
