The first picture you used is a picture of my car. That picture was to show everyone what was underneath the engine belly pan and to show what the center front jack point is constructed of. The rectangular black block with the bolt head in it is where the head of a floor jack goes and lifts the car. You can lift the car with a low-saddle floor jack and then put jackstands under the the lifting points on the doorsils. Understanding that you live in a 600 sq ft flat and don't have room for tools, it looks very risky how you lifted the car. Be careful.
