Who connected HDD to computer with installed QNX OS or how is it possible to see HDD from CIC on desctop?

Is it possible to get a bootable CD with QNX on it without installation?
I download QNX Neutrino 6.5.0 Service Pack 1 on VMware from here

and after start I got this another USB drives working fine...
I have no clue why is that
