How to make a complaint?
I'm getting the seatbelt / airbag light coming on intermittently from the passenger seat sensor failure that should be covered under the recall / extended warranty for my 06 325XIT.
The stealer said that my vin is not covered so I called BMW head office customer service and she was sympathetic but also refused to help.
Seems pretty arbitrary how they decide who gets covered and who does not. Who can I make a formal complaint to?
