check this out, the size of E65 735i(not 745i or others) rear rotor is 324x20, the height is 67, while the height of our rotor is 66.1. The only problem is the centering diameter is 4mm longer than ours which means 2mm longer on radius and the caliper might touch the hat. Please check your rear brake and estimate the space.
