I'm amazed that the stock tyres are not already rubbing,do you not carry back seat passengers at all?
The 313's have an offset of ET39 on the rear,so with a 12.5mm spacer, you're running an offset of ET26.5mm which is very,very aggressive on the E92.
I wouldn't upsize,if it's not rubbing now,it will on a 265/35 tyre.
