Yes, it does rub.
I am running 265/30 , 225M 19" (same offset as 313) with 12mm spacers.
There was minor rubbing when I hit dips without any passengers. Having the fenders slightly rolled took care of it.
I have the BMW Performance Suspension , I don't know if that makes any difference as the drop is only 7mm rear and 12mm front (compared to m sport)
