Yeah, sometimes I tend to think people go out of their way to seek incompetency, but come on man, give this guy some credit... smh
Anyway, with regard to the tune, he may be able to get away with running stock programming if the mil is conservative and doesn't bring him past 11:1 compression. either way I don't see anything wrong with a valve job and slight bump in compression.
