For anyone that doesn't know, that means no need to call in and schedule an appointment. Come in anytime before 4 PM weekdays and your car will be taken care of. The best thing about it is that if your work takes longer then an hour, YOU WILL DRIVE A BMW LOANER! We have over 120 new BMW loaners in our fleet now.
