This was only the 2nd MOM. I guess you can say it happens during the summer because both times, it happened in the summer. It will happen when someone remembers to plan for it, find a place, work out logistics, coordinate with vendors, etc...
Lots of NorCal'ers came out this time.
There's also a NorCal MOM that would be closer for you too.

Is the location of these meets somewhat close to the Cars and Coffee meet?
