I agree that PSS will be much comparable to RFT as All seasons tires to RFT.
I think In Atlanta they can Drive PSS all season long, its hardly Snow or Ice, If they do get Ice then they stay home because it suicidal to go out and Drive in Icy Roads in Atlanta, done that 30 Years Ago and it was scary
