Not off hand and I googled and couldn't find one either.
It's essentially a long, black funnel, that comes in a plastic cylinder, and a pair of blue rubber gloves you can wear if you're worried about spilling, one thing I noticed (and that it warns you about on the label) is it can prevent the nozzle from stopping when the amount gets to a certain level, so one time I had some diesel shoot out at me after overfilling.
I think it's called something like the "diesel bypass adapter" or something along those lines.
