It might be easier to just spray the entire bumper. Not to mention that it would come out looking much better. I own a custom cabinet business and I work with automotive paints all the time. Its very hard to touch up a piece and have it looking perfect. I always advise my clients to just re-spray the entire piece because even though it might be close to perfect, you will always know that defect is there.
