So would you consider the driver is trespassing if they entered a mall parking lot after hours? I'm sure an Officer would be justified to issue a dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Driving without due care and attention and reckless driving ticket.
One of the changes to the B.C. Motor Vehicle Act is applying a seven day impoundment to reckless driving and careless driving charges. Examples would include doing wheelies and donuts or excessive tailgating.
I'm sure the OP will call on you to bail him out
