So i have done may searches and cant seem to figure out why my DV valve wont seat into my charge pipe. I hear it click and when i pull on it it doesn't come out but on the highway at about 15psi it pops out. Ive tried re-seating it several times turning the clip counterclockwise and also cleaning the oil from both ends. So my ? is how do i know if i need to get forged DVs or if i can replace the grey turn clip on the charge pipe, or the charge pipe as a whole. additional details: JB4, Dci's, secondary cats removed, just instilled a boost gauge.
