Things to make your 325i go faster:
3 Stage Intake Manifold (from the 330i)
Get a high-flow air filter
High-flow exhaust (perhaps BMW Performance Exhaust)
High-flow catalytic converters or you can cut them out.
Catless Headers (Exhaust Manifold)
DINAN Throttle Body
ECU Tune.... all this [together] will perhaps give you anywhere from 50-60bhp increase but will cost you a pretty penny.
