Do nothing in the morning, tell her how you want your breakfast and dont say happy birthday or anything. If she hints at it being a special day pretend you dont remember. At about lunch time she will be going crazy thinking you forgot and that is when you spring a surprise on her. As for gift ideas nearly anything from tiffany will be good, I would never buy a purse for a girl because it is hard to get one that they really like unless they have dropped hints already as to which one in which color they want.
