I had the same on mine, and I think it's a quite well documented fault. Had to take it back to the dealers for the filler neck to be replaced under warranty. (Split filler neck) been fine since. I det there are loads of drivers who just don't notice this problem but actually have it. If I had not had to pull over at the filling station after brimming the tank, I would not have seen the leaked fuel and therefore, not looked under the car when I got home to see where it was coming from... Not filling your tank is not a solution, as the split will also allow moisture etc into the tank and contaminate your fuel system.
