Do what makes you happy, but my two cents....

If you are going to have another car that will be a daily driver (especially one that's nicer than your bmw), then I say, sell the bmw.

As others have pointed out,
a.the bmw will continue to depreciate

b. and, you're going to need some cash to buy tires for that Porsche in a couple years. Or, for something else. Why keep money tied up in a car that's not a DD?

c. Oh yes and you will continue to pay auto insurance and registration on the second car.

It's hard to let go of a car you like, that you know is in great condition...but you kind of made that decision when you decided to commit to a new purchase.
