The amp is also hidden under the floor
Plenty of room! Complete subwoofer install time is 2-4 hours depending on your skill level.

Fitment is based off Dual Exhaust. So to answer your question Yes. If you have a 328Xi it fits. If you have a 335Xi it does not.
