Took the car in this morning, and my CA said that he has seen this before. However, not much. My car is out of warranty. The service manager came out to look at it, and what do you know. He is going to replace both panels as a goodwill repair. What a relief. Maybe its because when i go in for service, I never complain when my car isn't ready, and show a lot of patience. He has told me many times" Thank you " for being understanding. My response always is " you are doing the best you can, and its not a problem." I guess this is his thank you to me. I really appreciate it. The service department gets really busy at times.
