Thumbs down Reeves BMW - Tampa, FL

I was in the market recently for an upgrade from my E46 that I've been driving for the past 6 years, so I came into Reeves. Now I don't know if the salesman just didn't care to make a sale or he ignored me because I'm young (22)... but the sales mentality at Reeves baffles me.

Right off the bat, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a salesman to even greet me... apparently he was too busy on the phone to make a potential sale. Once I finally got to talk to him, I expressed my interest in an 2009+ 328/335 with low miles. He didn't give me any details whatsoever on any of the cars they had on the lot, instead, he just told me to go look around the lot until I find the car, and then come talk to him (absolutely no help whatsoever). A black 2011 sedan caught my eye, so I came back to talk to him about it. Played the waiting game... again. Then I was told that if I wanted to have a test drive, he had to drive it and I wouldn't be able to drive because its "policy." At this point I was completely fed up with Reeves, so I hopped in the car and immediately drove over to Fields BMW in Lakeland.

Fields BMW is what Reeves should strive to be. Long story short, I walked away with my new Space Gray E90 328 the same day. The guys over at Fields are top notch, and it seemed like they actually wanted my business.

Reeves loss is Fields' gain I suppose. I for one, will never visit Reeves BMW sales again.
