yes they are staggered 18's. call me crazy but i like the way they look versus the 19s. had 19's on my e46, been there and done that. once they're painted it won't really matter to me.

They have drilled holes and full nut and bolt hardware all around. No plastic rivets or false bolts in these wheels.
