Ya he was probably just speed matching him without his radar. Thats the biggest load of BS I have heard in a long time, I mean seriously 70? If you aren't going 70 on I95 you you will get blow away by every other car doing 75-80, its almost safer to go 70 than 55. Most of the time I just stick to going with the flow (which is always around 70) and I have had cops pass me before and never given ma a hard time. It had to be that you just "lucked" out with a dick cop, and since you were younger in a nice car he slapped you with a ticket.
