I have noticed no scratches to the crystal, I am happy with the time keeping of the watch, it doesn't gain or lose a noticeable amount of time at all (I wore it for about a week and the time didn't need adjusting). Yes it reads 30 metres, this is in-line with the early Monzas (CR2113-0), newer models are now 50 metres I believe (they also retail at around £4000
