I've looked into it more, and think that with the extra fab work needed for fitting to a 320d it's not going to be for me. Plus I'm uncertain a 335i exhaust would be ok for a Diesel engine anyway...
If you decide to break the lot ill take the diffuser. Possibly the bumper hanger too.
