Need advice - struts blown
FK Silverline Plus X's...
My two front struts are blown and gushing fluid out the top (removed the cap in the motor bay). Not exactly sure what to do here. I really can't afford the down time of trying to send these into FK for repair which will cost me as I'm not the original owner and I really don't want to spend 2 grand on a set of KW V2's (or some other premium brand) but I will if that's the best option for the future.
I read that you can easily replace the inserts on the FK's - anyone have any experience with that? Should I attempt that or just bite the bullet?
