Its a massive job and not worthwhile IMO.
My E92 has a after market double din touchscreen Pioner system installed. The heated seats button has been relocated to inside the ashtray(ashtray lid has been removed) and the climate control has been moved up to where it is on I-Drive fitted vehicles.
I thought it would look tatty but it looks pretty good.
