I think the April 11 deadline should be kept, so we can give them a good headcount.
We'll tell Hula Hut +- 15 or 20 from the headcount we get, just to give them heads up. But changing the RSVP deadline is just going to make things more complicated....

RSVP by April 11th. The Hula Hut will appreciate a month's notice on such a large party. Shahil is correct, I plan on RSVPing for more than actually RSVP to account for any folks that have trouble following directions or reading things in their entirety
