I'm sorry I don't have any advice, but I'm following this because I may be in a similar boat. I had an injector stick open and a bank of three got replaced as a result. Since around that same time it has acted like it's running lean...especially on cold starts and in cold weather. I've been wondering if the O2 sensors have started lying to the ECU causing me to run lean and get misfires as a result. I have a Cobb installed and the misfire codes masked out so I feel them but I don't get the codes and CE lights. I do need to log more...I've been lazy on that and normally only log one bank.
