For me I'm waiting for the HTC One X, I've had a few HTC handsets and this looks like a great phone plus I like Android (my 17 month old HTC HD is still supported through Orange).

There is more flexibility around Android. Once your phone is out of warranty, you can pretty much cook whatever you like and throw into your phone (after rooting).
Played with cooked ROMS, on S2 and Galaxy note. Brilliant stuff.
