Remember though, your 330i should already have a 3.64 diff in it, so installing a 3.73 would be about a 2.5% change, almost negligible.
In my opinion it's definitely not worth the effort for you.
EDIT: DISREGARD THIS POST, IT IS INCORRECT, MANUAL 330i HAS A 3.15 DIFF MAKING THE MANUAL TO AUTO DIFF SWAP WORTHWHILE.
