Hang on. I think you need to clarify that statement a bit because there are too many people who will take it at face value.

SOME Fully Comp policies give you 3rd party cover on other vehicles when taken with the owners consent.

That is not to say that all fully comp policies do the same. You have to check your own policy wording and certs to make sure.
