Its kind of funny how people ignore doctors and regular marijuana users about how safe the drug is. However, when a rich politician who has likely never tried marijuana before says it is dangerous everyone believes him.
The interesting thing is those same politicians have special interests in pharmaceutical and oil companies therefore it only makes sense to keep it illegal. It's more profitable for politicians to lie to and deceive the people than to tell the truth and allow us to benefit from one of the greatest natural resources on the planet.
