OP, your proposed sizes are basically E92 M3 GTS spec, which are almost a whole inch taller than the recommended 19" rotating diameter for the non-M cars. It may work, but ideally why not get something that's meant to fit properly instead? Tires are a big purchase, may as well do it right the first time around.
The wheels are 437Ms. I fell in love with them and had to have them and just bought a set. I'm prepared to run 255/30 and 275/30, but was hoping to get a little more meat/sidewall. I was actually ready to order those sizes when I decided to look around one more time and came across the possibility of the 35 series tires fitting.

I didn't save the thread, but I'll dig it up later. For reference, the poster fit 513Ms with 255/40/18 and 275/40/18 Michelins, and that's my tire of choice, PS4S to be exact.

19x10 +40

255/40/18 is identical to 255/35/19.
275/40/18 is identical to 275/35/19...or close enough, within a MM or two.
