I bought the BMW performance V2 electric wheel and also bought the M3 aluminum paddles because I heard they feel alot better as well its alot nicer then the bulky ones our came with. It was a straight swap I used my multi function buttons out of my msport wheel put the in my new wheel as well as the new paddles which also is only able to downshift with the left paddle and upshift with the right one ( the way it should have came from factory) everything worked and still works and was all plug and play
