Edit: Just got back from testing and I will throw a code only when smashing the throttle. If I ease on the throttle I can run up through the gears shifting at redline and everything seems ok. But when I am in 3rd gear at 60mph and I smash the throttle I get the CEL and limp mode or when I floor it taking off I will get the light as well. But easing on the throttle the car doesn't seem to mind is is pretty fast.

So I went and had it scanned at the scanner said cylinder 6 misfire.

What I don't understand is I will NOT get this code with stock boost levels only when I activate the tune.

Any thoughts?
