[RNBIII]

I recently installed a jb4 and dual cone intake into my 08 335i and have been getting the code 29cd which mean i have a misfire in cylinder 1. Should i replace my spark plug and or coil in cylinder 1 or should i take it into the dealer and let them figure it out and change whatever needs to be changed? Also do i need to remove my jb4 tune before taking the car in for service? or can i leave it in and set it to map 0. The car has 47k miles and is still under warranty. ANY IDEAS???
