You just have to determine if u are getting the proper boost...
so just hook up a boost gauge (a friend's will do) to a t-connector and run the wires thru the window and go for a run...
if u r getting around 13 psi, u know that the Proceed is working (cause its not throwing any codes), and ur problem lies elsewhere.
Dyno costs money and should be ur last resort, IMO, and it still may not give u the answers u are looking for.
