If your not biased to the m3, there are some nice 335's as well. With a few mods they are much faster than the m3. 335i coupes and Sedans are cheaper than the m3's by a margin if you head that route.

Heres a few verts to look at. If you can find an M-sport Edition you will like those. You can also add the body kit yourself. I did that. Checkout carmax, they have some good deals, plus you can ship a car to you that way you get more choices with colors. I'd rather pay a little more to ship it and get the color ive always wanted if you cant find it local.

M3 has better suspention, and can be super fast if you top it with the 15k supercharger (eeek) but if thats your plans get an m3. If your worried about insurance then Sedan, or Getting a 335i would be a better choice. If not stick to the m3 if thats what you've always wanted. Just remember to get what you truly want and not settle.
Thanks! But I'm not a convertible car guy is just not my thing lol do you have like a 335is maybe? I test drove an E90 M3 and an E92 M3 after that I test drove a 335is and I think I'm going to go with the E92 335is man
