For those talking about expensive oil changes: I always get my oil changed at the dealer and only pay $79 each time. There are always coupons on the dealer's website (or nearby dealers which Sterling will price match).

I don't want to get into a bash Sterling and/or dealership situation, however either Sterling's techs are incredibly lazy or very incompetent.
In defense of Sterling, the other dealers in this area aren't anymore impressive from what I've seen.
