For the money, I don't think it's worth the process. (Upwards of 2k) I know it involves some re-wiring and coding.
I would reccomend you get your headlights customized from a reputable vendor such as LS3, OSS, OneEighty. At the end of the day, you will have spent less, your headlights will be much more unique than everyone else's, you get high-power LED rings, and you don't have to deal with any coding/rewiring.
If you are really set on doing the LCI Xenons, well, that's the process: Coding and minor re-wiring that I am not completely aware of. User "Mapleridge" will be sure to know alot on this topic, try PMing him.
