Yes but you connected the paddles to your "6 wire multifunc buttons" with a 3 pin socket that has two wires, which means that if one wire is in the wrong pin# the paddles will not work. This could be the problem as I noticed during my own install, that the LCI paddles did not use the same pin# as the SSG or DCT according to this DIY.
To get your paddles to work you will need to measure the connections so you can see where the signal stops on the way from the paddles to the blue connectors in the shifter harness, otherwise this will be very difficult to get working.
